How you will do it:

We are seeking a proficient mechanic with experience in air-cooled or water-cooled equipment to handle top-tier commercial and industrial systems. We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), along with recognition, financial incentives, and career progression opportunities. Employee safety is our top priority, and we provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to ensure that you deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your role will involve delivering the highest standard of service to our clients, addressing building inefficiencies, and resolving service-related issues. As a trusted partner to our customers, you will provide solutions and actionable outcomes during service calls. Additionally, you will offer recommendations to enhance facility efficiency, identify upselling opportunities, and provide quotes to support these recommendations.

What we look for:

Required

  • Must be a member or willing to join the local Union.

  • Minimum of 5-7years of hands-on experience with air-cooled or water-cooled systems, showcasing strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills.

  • In-depth troubleshooting and repair knowledge of Centrifugal Chillers of all makes and models is essential.

  • Candidate may be required to pass a knowledge assessment to evaluate proficiency.

  • Exemplary attention to detail, with strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills.

  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and apply skills in a practical setting.

  • Commitment to prioritizing safety in all aspects of work.

  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, along with any applicable state or local licensing, and a valid driver's license.
