Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using GO Jigsaw and iOS technologies.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver high-quality software products.
• Ensure that software solutions are scalable secure and meet performance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software solutions including technical specifications and user guides.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Ensure that all software solutions comply with regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in GO Jigsaw and iOS development.
• Should have a strong background in ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
• Must be proficient in agile development methodologies.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should have experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Must be committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications Required

Certified GO Developer iOS Development Certification Agile Certified Practitioner

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140K to 165K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
