We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager!!

This position can work remotely, but must be within 2 hours of Neenah, WI and be willing to travel into the office as needed.

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager position reports to the Corporate Controller. The purpose of the AR Manager's position is to oversee all activities of the accounts receivable team along with general corporate accounting support and the handling of complex issues and problems with minimal supervision. This is done by safeguarding the company's account receivable balances through appropriate credit policies and assisting with the full accounting cycle in ensuring the sound application of accounting principles and controls, while maintaining the accuracy of data.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review/compile weekly aging data for analysis
* Manage the process of setting credit limits for customer accounts, managing credit holds and collection activities of accounts receivable balances.
* Identify process improvements and design and implement solutions to assure maximum team performance and efficiency
* Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training
* Oversee internal controls as relates to AR approvals in accordance with signature authority matrix
* Actively participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by analysis of DSO as a part of working capital.
* Collaborate with all functional departments across the enterprise to provide efficiencies and tools that support sound decision making.
* Oversee and participate in the documentation of financial policies, procedures and work instructions, making sure they are current and in-line with sound internal controls.
* Perform accounting related analysis and support to the business.
* Participate in annual budget process.
* Assist and manage external audits, including interaction with the external auditors.
* Manage relationships with external vendors related to payment processing, customer applications and credit reviews.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred.
* 4-6 years professional experience in related field.
* Previous leadership experience preferred.
* Must be proficient in maintaining procedures and controls in all accounting cycles.
* Proficient computer systems knowledge in business application systems, personal computers, spreadsheets and databases, and ERP systems. (MSWord, Excel & Outlook)
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
* Proven track record to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
* Continuous improvement focus.
* Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent inter-personal skills.
* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
