Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "M" Level -Java, Aws to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Locations: Charlotte, NC (or)Iselin, NJ

Responsibilities:

* Drives the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management, early detection and automation processes.
* Provide regular communications to stakeholders on service impacts, planned change and risk mitigation.
* Provide support and engagement with projects to enable the delivery of fast, quality change
* Maintain the SLA set by the clients.
* Problem Solving Attitude.
* Previous experience in leading a support project or at least worked in support project.
* Knowledge of ITIL process and ticketing tools such as Service Now.
* Comply to defined process during ticket resolution
* Should work with co-ordination along with various teams, ensure quality of the work and should be able to get the tasks completed on time.
* Preparation and Presentation of Weekly / Monthly reports to clients.
* Identify Repeated incidents and reduce ticket inflow through permanent fixes.

Required Skills:

* Java, Spring Boot
* Git/Jenkins/Cloud Bees CD (Electric Flow)
* AWS - Terraform, KS
* MS SQL Server
* Messaging queues,
* AWS - Open Search, Splunk
* Scheduling tools like Autosys
* Observability and Monitoring expertise and using tools like sysdig
* UNIX

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
