Director, Ecosystem Partner Experience

The Director, Ecosystem Partner Experience is a strategic role responsible for the partner experience, supporting strategy across the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, have exceptional leadership skills, and possess a track record of achieving results in a dynamic, global environment.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

Partner Experience Development:

  • Collaborate with partners, industry strategy, product, and marketing teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Gather and manage feedback from partners to continuously improve the Ecosystem partner experience that will influence the roadmap and strategic direction of the partner experience, including design changes to partner-facing platforms (ex. Partner Portal).
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of partners within the Infor Partner Network.
  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and help execute compelling onboarding experiences for partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within Infor.
  • Provide visionary leadership cross functionally to create and implement innovative solutions that elevate partner capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, internally and with strategic partners.
  • Experience managing and scaling partner experience elements (onboarding, enablement, support, feedback mechanisms, metrics) on a global scale within a SaaS organization.
  • Experience driving innovation and thought leadership across the Ecosystem utilizing strategies, with a focus on creative problem-solving, enhancing partner capabilities, and market disruption.
  • Understanding of Partner routes to market and the global Ecosystem landscape, including experience working with partners in EMEA, Japan, Asia Pacific and North America.
  • Experience and ability to influence and drive outcomes at the executive level, internally and with strategic partners.
  • Experience conducting market research, applying trends, strategic thinking and planning to drive long-term partner growth and sustainability.
  • 25% Travel
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA
  • PMP Certification

Location: USA Remote (Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX).
