Talogy is a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in talent strategy, employee selection, and developmental assessment. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to take responsibility for being onsite, administering, and proctoring a pre-employment test. This position is for a large, manufacturing client in the Blue Springs, MS area.

JOB PURPOSE

Manage and administer hiring process steps and assessments with a high degree of customer and quality focus. Maintain and help improve standardized hiring process conditions to meet customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*




  1. Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
  2. Engage with candidates to answer questions or give direction about the hiring process.
  3. Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
  4. Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
  5. Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
  6. Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
  7. Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
  8. Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
  9. Deliver status updates to client.
  10. Collaborate with customers, contractors, and team members, both local and remote, to resolve issues and improve the process.
  11. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  6. Willingness to learn and apply new information.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive).
  8. Able to work with computers, mobile devices, apps, and similar technologies.



EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND



  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Education in Psychology or Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
