Overview Selective Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer to join us in developing our web-based Applications. An ideal candidate is proficient in current technologies (.NET 6 and Angular), design patterns, best practices and has prior experience modernizing applications of medium to large scale. As a hands-on Lead Software Engineer you will be both a technical expert and a leader. In addition to producing high quality code and solution design you will also have the opportunity to provide technical guidance to other developers and identifying inefficiencies and process improvements that will boost productivity for the entire team.
