Derivative Products Analyst

Job Summary
This position is focused exclusively on the placement of a derivative products professional to serve as an entry level analyst to support JLL's derivative advisory group. Derivative Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a transaction including preparing pricing algorithms, document preparation and negotiation, sensitivity analytics, working group calls, preparation of presentation materials, and closing/pricing calls. Will work in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities
Comprehensive day to day support to the senior professionals of the firm.
Full operational support with respect to our client management, documentation, and pricing systems.
Prepare accurate hedging product pricing quotes for clients and capital market debt professionals.
Preparation of client analysis and presentations.
Oversight of the production and distribution of daily and weekly reports that are disseminated to the market.
Build client accounts in CRM database and ensure proper disclosures are maintained.
Calculate mark-to-market and net present valuations for specific derivative products and contracts.
Work with internal sellers to understand client expectations throughout engagements and ensure needs are met
Support senior internal professionals in project scoping and proposal development

Experience Required
Solid sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writingand communication skills; able to interface with clients including their top-level executives.
Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and market data effectively.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and environment with demanding timelines.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills
Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Data base experience a plus.

Environment
Office - work with computers, copiers, and scanners.
