Position Title: Warehouse - Manufacturing Support
Wage: $16.57-$17.07/hour Shift: 2nd (training on 1st shift, will move to 2nd) Hours: 1:30pm-10pm Don't miss this opportunity for a company in Springfield, MO. This Warehouse - Manufacturing Support role is a temporary assignment with the possibility of a full-time position after 90 days. Training will be on the 1st shift for a week or two. Warehouse - Manufacturing Support Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Remove trash, keep work areas clean, wrap items, follow safety rules, and handle equipment like forklifts - Load and unload trucks, count inventory, and safely handle hazardous materials - Handle orders, prepare materials for shipping, and support production needs by delivering items and keeping supplies stocked - Prepare items for blending, move products from production to storage, and ensure accuracy in inventory - Receive, organize, and barcode raw materials, prepare shipments, check lot numbers, and handle packages for shipping Warehouse - Manufacturing Support Requirements: - High school diploma or GED is preferred - Experience in a warehouse is helpful - Follow instructions, communicate well, and work well with a team - Must handle allergens, lift up to 25 kg (about 55lbs), and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks - Lifting, standing, walking, and occasional bending or climbing - Good eyesight and attention to detail are important - The warehouse may have loud noise, hot or cold temperatures, and moving equipment - Safety is a priority at all times QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
