Blended Mobile Crisis Dispatcher

Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. No experience is necessary, learn on-the-job. Desired Shift: 8 pm-6am 4 days per week, every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain constant observation of GCAL dispatch board for dispatches during assigned shifts.
• Identify and dispatch mobile crisis teams in the appropriate region/area within 5 minutes of appearing on the GCAL dispatch board.
• Read and provide key points of the triage to MCT during dispatch as appropriate.
• Communicate required information to Mobile Crisis Teams during dispatch.
• Ability to learn and operate all GCAL dispatch board functions.
• Complete encounter data entry assignments within the system accurately and timely.
• Recognize potential issues on the GCAL dispatch board, correct or report them timely.
• Must Stay Awake and Attentive the Entire Shift.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must have at least 800 Mbps high speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in a dispatch setting.
