Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with strong leadership skills? Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral is looking for you! We are currently recruiting for Lead Receptionist. Position Summary The Lead Receptionist provides the first impression of the therapuetic journey for our patients and facilitates the flow of hospital's communication. As the lead you will provide exemplary customer service in a friendly environment for customers and staff via telephone and face-to-face. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED required Experience: Previous customer service and leadership experience required. A minimum of one-year experience with multi-line phone system in a medical office or behavioral health setting and/or leadership responsibilities preferred.
