Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday | Pay: $22/hr.

Daily tasks:



  • Provides advanced administrative support to high-level management by preparing complex reports and presentations, conducting analyses using various software, and coordinating information for internal and external contacts.
  • Leads and guides less experienced employees, performs confidential duties, and determines methods for completing complex tasks.
  • Supports quality training, monitors training databases, and assists with cGMP training.
  • Coordinates and tracks audits, preparing for internal and external reviews to ensure thorough record-keeping and compliance.
  • Demonstrates strong detail orientation, ensuring work is planned and executed with precision and attention to specifics.


Qualifications: Three years of office warehouse experience.
