Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a respected fabrication company in Fullerton, CA, to find a skilled Assembler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a hands-on, fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-quality mechanical and electrical components.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $20-23 per hour

What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • At least 1 year of previous assembly experience.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
  • Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.


As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include reading blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions to ensure precise and accurate assembly of mechanical and electrical components. You will follow detailed instructions to complete each assembly while maintaining thorough assembly and test records. Additionally, you'll keep your workspace clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency in the production process.
