Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday | Pay: $13/hr.

Daily tasks:

Manage orders, creating and processing sales orders and invoices in the Sage accounting program. Coordinate shipping carriers, ensuring timely pickups, and resolve customer issues as needed. Perform heavy data entry with attention to detail, along with general office duties and phone support.

Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel. Sage/QuickBooks and accounting experience is a plus. Must be highly motivated, extremely organized, customer-centric, detail oriented, work well in a team environment as well as work independently, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
