Essential tasks: The role involves training new employees through on-the-job training, assisting with shift startups, and leading daily meetings. Responsibilities include addressing worker questions, assigning tasks based on priority, verifying accuracy and quality of work, and enforcing housekeeping standards. Additional duties involve ensuring supplies are available, supporting other departments as needed, and escalating issues to management. Effective communication and follow-up with both Staffmark and the customer's management team are essential. Qualified candidates will have one year of lead/management experience.
