The City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation Department is seeking applicants for part-time Field Monitors! Love sports and the great outdoors? Join the City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation team as a Field Monitor for a fun and active job this season! What You'll Do: Assist with youth and adult baseball and softball leagues as well as field rental setups. Perform light manual tasks such as setting up bases, scoreboards, and monitoring fields. Keep fields clean and organized during events and pack up equipment afterward. No previous field maintenance experience? No problem! A background in baseball or softball is encouraged, but we'll provide the training you need to succeed. Why Work With Us?
