Part Time Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Part Time Maintenance Technician to join this winning team celebrating over 60 years of success!

Pay: $35-$40 per hour

1st Shift/Part-time Hours: 6 AM - 6 PM, Saturdays

The Part Time Maintenance Technician will assist with various technical and non-technical tasks within a facilities environment.

• Start up and secure all equipment in designated buildings.
• Assist with the structural trades.
• Answer trouble calls as required under direct supervision.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance work.
• Performs reporting/note-taking.
• Assists any tradesperson as required.
• Light carpentry and painting tasks.
• Utilize a voltage tester and/or Muiti-meter to verify that the electrical current is present.
• Communicate with the owner, owner's representative, or supervisor on the work performed and the present status of the mechanical system.
• Stay up-to-date with safety and code changes by participating in seminars and other educational means.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program.

The candidate selected must be comfortable climbing ladders, able to lift 75 pounds and be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
