We are adding a Credit Assistant to our Bradenton Team. This is an onsite position located at 516 6th Avenue East Bradenton, FL 34208. Come work with us!

The ideal candidate will provide support to the credit department by performing the below duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Performs account reconciliations to assist Sales and Operations with delinquent and disputed balances.
  • Contact customers regarding delinquent balances.
  • Applies customer payments per company policy.
  • Submits monthly write offs per company policy.
  • Submits invoicing per customer's instructions and policy.
  • Set up new customer accounts per company policy.
  • Assist Sales and Operations with job/ship to addresses.
  • Prepare and submit release of liens.
  • Answer phones and any other misc. duties.


REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 12 months prior related experience and/or training.

  • Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
