We're seeking a highly motivated Training Learning Specialist Intern to join our team at our Murrysville, PA corporate office.

Position Summary:

The Technology Learning Specialist Intern will assist in developing and coordinating training programs, with a specific focus on supporting the parts and service training plan for ERP implementation. Throughout this internship, the intern will gain valuable insights into corporate training processes and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design, development and updating of training programs and materials.
* Support the development and execution of the ERP implementation training plan for parts and service.
* Help maintain and update training records and databases.
* Assist in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
* Provide administrative support to the training team, as needed.
* Conduct research on training best practices and emerging trends in corporate training.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Corporate Learning, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Microsoft SharePoint,
and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 and Canva a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for learning and development.
