Join us in Nashville, TN for this direct hire position as a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $26 - $30 per hour

Daily tasks:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients by addressing maintenance inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, handle general repairs, and ensure the building's safety and functionality.
  • Communicate effectively through email and software to manage service requests and updates.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair needs and coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.


Qualified candidates will commercial property maintenance/HVAC experience, solid experience in building maintenance and repairs, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
