About Temecula Valley Hospital Certified Radiology Technician - Cardiac Cath Lab The Temecula Valley Hospital Cardiac Cath Lab Radiology Tech is responsible for anticipating instrumentation/equipment for a wide range of simple and complex procedures. Selects appropriate instrumentation, catheters, and supplies consistent with Radiologist's /Cardiologist's preference. Ensures sterile environment is set up and organized prior to patient's arrival into room. Assists in transportation and positioning of patients Essential Job Duties Cardiovascular Anatomy and Physiology knowledge Attention to detail, high level of accuracy Use of radiologic equipment Competent at table side scrub in with physicians on various Cath and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures Understands the use of an IVUS machine. Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to exercise independent judgment on a regular basis. Qualifications Minimum two years' experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility Interventional Neurology and/or EP experience strongly preferred Graduate from a certified school of Radiologic Technology BLS, ACLS from AHA required This opportunity offers the following:
