*Top Required Skills* * *Must be local to the Seattle, WA area - Required to work onsite 2 days per week.* * *Strong data analytics skills and experience in executing enterprise scale data projects end to end.* * *Extensive experience implementing data platform development using big data technologies.* * *Proven experience in driving product development in collaboration with data engineers, data scientist, designers, data analyst in cross functional teams.* * *Previous developer experience and Azure/Data knowledge will be key for this role.* *Work Environment* As a Sr Technical Product Manager, you will * Help support and drive the vision, data product roadmap, documentation for one or more areas of Store Development Technology for all store data (structured or unstructured) in Store Data Hub * Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team on different approaches to realize data hub vision in centralized or decentralized (Data Mesh) architecture. * Identify patterns in current existing user experience on various reporting tools and data ecosystem and help drive rationalization and then work with EDAP/ DIABO to bridge the gap. * Drive Security/ Privacy by design and be a SME (subject matter experts) for Data Quality and governance for data platform. Manage product backlog and collaborate with customers to drive the effort. * * *Job Description* * We are looking for a Data Analytics Product Manager who can work on guiding the development and use of data centric products within an organization. Bridging the gap between data science and product management, the data product manager will oversee the lifecycle of data products ensuring alignment with business goals, while providing value to users built upon reliable and scalable data infrastructure. * This role will be responsible for enabling data democratization and increasing time to value for the data itself. * They would support the design, build, and cross-functional development of a data platform or a specific suite of tools to serve multiple internal stakeholders. * The Store Development organization is the engine that builds, renovates, and maintains our stores; this data crosses different functional areas and enables business value unlocks across the organization. * Store Development data encompasses the functional areas of market planning, lease management and accounting, concepts, design, construction, store sustainability, and maintenance. * They will help support the Store Development organization vision of data hub as we continue to modernize our current data infrastructure. * This role will be responsible for delivering solutions to help the organization migrate data from different applications into a central enterprise architecture for ready consumption by Store Development business and operations teams. * The initial focus for this role will be to support our Store Development Data platform team to centralize all Store Development data on our v1 platform. * The Store Development centralized data strategy is a newer strategy and is agile to requested priorities This needs to flex to the business needs. * You should feel comfortable and have demonstrable experience working on emerging capabilities and products. * This role will tightly collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, other data product managers in our analytics team, information architecture, and technical product manager, engineering, and analyst SMEs in the technical team. * Detailed Data Inventory, source, definition, data values, objectives, context. * Initial Data Product definition and alignment scope, highlighting discrepancies and tracking resolution. * Data Product and Value -level rationalization, and alignment, across systems * Managing reviews, and sign off, on defined data products. * Tracked work tasks around identifying and mapping data, open issues, data product definition, engineering efforts, etc. * Data Product roadmap definition based on future data sets, augmentation, and evolution. *Required Skills/Experience* * Strong understanding of business KPIs (key performance indicators) and value measurement * Strong data analytics skills and experience in executing enterprise scale data projects end to end. * Experience implementing data platform development using big data technologies. * Experience in driving product development in collaboration with data engineers, data scientist, designers, data analyst in cross functional teams. * Back-end engineering, driving product vision for building data pipelines/integrations from SAAS applications. * Experience in cloud-based solutions; Azure. Knowledge of Azure ADLS, data, and ML ops * Internal tooling product management and automation * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Experience in data rich positions: Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Analyst or Data Engineer * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience and resolving. * Effective communication and capability to flex across different stakeholders. * Self-starter who can track, communicate, and scope work across stakeholders. * Experience and working knowledge of information architecture and taxonomy models. * Domain Knowledge experience with Retail and/or Construction Management Industry We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
