Sales Operations Analyst

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of clients' CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with clients' retail channel partners and sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risks & opportunities predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.

The major responsibilities will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS), and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers
  • Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
  • Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
  • Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
  • Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
  • Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
  • Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned



Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, finance, supply chain
  • Hands-on Forecasting experience
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands
  • Customer Oriented
  • Participative & collaborates to solve problems
  • Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize
  • Meet deadlines under pressure
  • Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.)
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
