Join a dynamic team as a Welding Engineer in Spring, TX, providing technical expertise to oversee welding processes, procedures, and production. This role is critical to ensuring adherence to industry standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation.

Salary: $75,000/yr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with flexibility needed)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain welding procedures in compliance with industry codes (ASME, API, AWS, DNVGL, etc.).
  • Review and interpret CAD data, blueprints, GD&T, CMM reports, and customer welding specifications.
  • Manage welding qualifications and troubleshoot production welding issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to ensure welding processes meet customer and industry standards.
  • Analyze designs for welding requirements and provide technical solutions.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) from an accredited program.
  • 1-4 years of welding engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, DNVGL).
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a casual warehouse environment (steel-toed boots required).
