Maintenance Mechanic

Job Details:

Shift | 4 AM start time, typically 8-10 hour shifts.

Pay | $23.50 - $28/hour

$2000 Sign-on Bonus Potential

To excel in this position, you'll need the following:

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED preferred; prior industrial maintenance experience required.
• Skills: Welding, troubleshooting mechanical assemblies, hand/power tool use, and industrial safety knowledge.
• Requirements: Valid VA driver's license and basic hand tools.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment across facilities.
• Perform construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and welding.
• Maintain infrastructure (plumbing, HVAC, process equipment).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Work in a hot, dusty foundry environment and outdoors in varying weather.
