POSITION SUMMARY We are searching for an agile, collaborative and results driven Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for our hourly Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution Teams. This experienced Recruiter will partner with business leaders to effectively source, attract, assess, hire and onboard team members and manage a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have experience managing high volume requisitions along with a creative mindset to attract local talent within assigned locations. CORE FUNCTIONS
- Partner with the business leaders, effectively determine the appropriate sourcing and marketing strategies for a range of open/pipeline roles, differentiating and disproportionality investing time and effort where it makes the most difference to the business.
- Employ a proven mix of social networking, digital recruitment, and traditional recruitment methods to develop a range of sourcing strategies that target relevant talent communities.
- Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value and/or high-volume positions.
- Lead the interview process by creating phone screen questions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, providing feedback to hiring managers and updates applicants, and tracking candidates through the applicant tracking system.
- Confirm role requirements and manage job postings.
- Support new employee onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with leadership and hiring managers to understand the business and requirements of positions within the business.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on trends and turnover mitigation strategies.
- Participate in human resource initiatives and support the HR team with various retention activities.
- Initiate the pre-employment testing process, including the background check process, tracking, and following up with results.
- Track, maintain, and report on metrics regarding recruitment activities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal clients, including regular/timely position updates to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Deliver a high level of customer service to applicants, ensuring a positive and professional image of RealTruck is maintained throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure that the Company's openings are filled, according to KPIs, for replacing talent or hiring new talent for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience is required.
- Use of social media, (Facebook, snapchat) to attract applicants.
- Job board utilization, including Indeed, Linkedin, Ziprecruiter and resume search.
- Experience organizing/managing job fairs, both in person and virtual.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with internet and computer aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, including recruiting metrics.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong program management and organizational skills for managing the end to end recruitment process.
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required; less than 25%.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Working Conditions
- Works in a typical office environment or productive remote setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
