The Missouri Student Unions is seeking a Facility Project Manager to oversee its facility operations projects. This role includes coordinating renovations, maintaining high standards in maintenance, security, and cleanliness, and supporting system repairs and replacements. The Facility Project Manager ensures projects stay within budget, on track, and meet specifications while providing guidance and overseeing project implementation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with Campus Facilities, evaluating vendor work, and developing long-term maintenance plans. Key Responsibilities Analyze and coordinate facility audits to determine the scope of needed repairs and updates. Initiate and monitor corrective and preventative maintenance plans, prioritizing long-term facility needs. Regularly review maintenance and custodial expenses to ensure billing accuracy. Request journal entries (JE's) when necessary. Collaborate with Campus Facilities, consultants, and contractors on projects impacting facility operations. Work closely with the Office of Reservations and Events to assess space availability and minimize disruptions to building activities. Coordinate with building tenants to ensure their operations are minimally affected. Facilitate pre-project meetings to review scope, address concerns, and establish clear timelines. Continuously monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Prepare agreements with outside vendors as needed and evaluate vendor and contractor work during projects. Maintain accountability by documenting warranties and tracking performance to guarantee quality outcomes and adherence to agreements. Proactively explore potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality, including materials, scheduling efficiencies, and contractor/vendor selection. Collaborate with Campus Facilities maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure facilities are consistently maintained to high-quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention, including high-visibility or VIP locations. Submit daily work orders for repairs or improvements and track their completion to ensure timely resolution. Schedule planned upkeep, such as the biannual deep cleaning of carpets, well in advance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and adherence to protocols. Maintain a detailed database to log and monitor work orders, track priorities, and assess progress. Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues to confirm tasks are completed to specifications. Address delays or concerns promptly to uphold the integrity and appearance of the facilities. Manage operational tools and access, including key orders, radio distribution, card swipe permissions for tenants and vendors, and adjustments to AHU systems, lighting schedules, building hours, and door access throughout the year. Participate as a member of the management team. Keep the Director of Facilities informed of building activities, recommendations, and problems. Assist in strategic planning and other operations as requested. Shift

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
