Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly, testing, and integration of e/m instrumentation and sub-components, ensuring precision and adherence to manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of instruments and sub-components following written instructions, schematics, SOPs, and assembly drawings.
• Integrate sub-assemblies and assemblies into chassis and perform point to point wiring.
• Conduct periodic continuity and connection tests using standard testing equipment.
• Utilize small hand tools, including calipers and micrometers, to complete precise assembly tasks.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Modify and enhance parts using soldering techniques and hand/power tools, such as solder blocks and soldering irons.
• Inspect and test in-process and incoming materials as assigned to maintain quality standards.
• Work with engineers on process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4+ years in electrical and mechanical assembly.
• Proven track record in a manufacturing environment.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
