Do you have 2+ years of experience in the banking industry as a Universal Banker or Customer Service Representative? Pro Staff is hiring a skilled Banking Member Services Representative with strong customer service expertise in Alexandria, MN.


Main responsibilities include assisting customers with transactions through various channels (in-person, phone, web), matching products and services to customer needs, and referring them to the appropriate department for commercial and mortgage lending products. For additional variety in your day-to-day activities, you'll also be handling cash,
assisting with Safe Deposit Box functions, providing notary services, and opening/maintaining personal, commercial, and IRA and HSA products.

Pay Rate | $18-$23 per hour (Based on experience)



Schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday



  • Opening shift starts at 7:15 AM | Closing Shift ends at 5:45 PM
  • Drive-up shift required every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM



To excel in this role, you'll need to be:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Skilled in operating a 10-key calculator and office equipment.
  • Knowledgeable about ATM operations.
  • Proven track record in cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs.




To qualify for this position, you'll need:


  • At least 2 years of banking industry experience in a Universal Banker or Customer Service Representative role,
  • High School Diploma or GED.


*While it isn't required, an Associate's degree or higher in Business or Finance is preferred.
