The Senior Manager of Application Management is responsible for overseeing the operation of HR Technology Systems (HRTS) applications. They serve as a strategic partner to the HR team and provide guidance and support in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HRTS applications. The Senior Manager HRTS Application Management ensures that the HRTS applications meet the needs of the organization and align with HR strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HRTS applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization
  • Provides expert knowledge for functional area (Benefits and Compensation) including business processes, configuration, testing and delivery
  • Assists the Director in driving day to day work for pod teams
  • Collaborate with the HR Benefits and Compensation teams to identify and prioritize system requirements and enhancements
  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations of HRTS applications
  • Ensure the integrity and security of HR data within the HRTS applications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure the effective delivery of HRTS services
  • Tracks and addresses HRTS application issues and ensures mitigation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation


System and Tool Proficiencies:

  • HR technology systems such as Workday and Peoplefluent
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and applications, specifically in WorkDay Compensation and/or Benefits
  • Experience managing HR technology projects and teams
  • Ability to utilize influential leadership and work effectively with cross-functional teams


USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
