Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Schedule: 1st Shift

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills




Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive growth
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance productivity, quality, and overall efficiency
  • Review financial data, manage departmental budgets, and create accurate forecasts to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of operations
  • Inspire and lead teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members about company performance and expectations
  • Procure necessary materials and resources to support operational activities and goals
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members, helping them develop professionally and advance in their careers
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and ensure a positive client experience
