Grounded in the Principles of Jemez, COPAL is committed to continue building meaningful relationships that transcend both identity and geographical boundaries. Wages $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), plus eight paid holidays per year and two floating holidays; cell phone stipend provided; competitive health plan with BlueCross, BlueShield of MN, dental, and vision insurance offerings: Health Savings Account (HSA). There is employer paid basic life insurance with the option for additional coverage paid by the employees. The employer pays for Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and short- and long-term disability insurance. COPAL sponsors a retirement plan with 4% employer match plus a 2% employer contribution after one year of service and immediate vesting. Schedule This position requires flexibility for occasional evening and weekend hours based on program activities and community events. A Typical Day in the Life... A typical day as COPAL's Health and Wellness Program Coordinator provides an opportunity to plan, coordinate, and execute health and wellness initiatives to improve community health outcomes.
