Requirements:



  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Portland
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in troubleshooting electronics
  • Excellent punctuality
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays




As an Alarm Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and emails, resolving inquiries, and ensuring top-quality service. You'll play a vital role in connecting our company with customers while providing exceptional support.
