Warehouse Associate

• Operate work equipment, forklifts, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Communicate with the team and management to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, and assist in training team members as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility and surrounding work areas.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing issues, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
• Ensure assembly quality and consistency, and oversee the final quality of finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others and pay attention to detail.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move around the facility; exposure to elements like noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
