Staffmark is proud to partner with an industry leader in flow measurement solutions to find a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist for their team in Cranston, Rhode Island. This organization is renowned for delivering high-quality flow meters known for their precision and dependability, serving critical industries such as wastewater treatment, oil and gas, power generation, and automotive applications. Pay: $35 - $45/hr. Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday Essential Functions: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a machinist, with a proven background beyond operator-level responsibilities. Extensive experience in the CNC machining industry, particularly in vertical and horizontal milling. Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, verniers, and gauges. Skilled in manual G & M code programming, with Fanuc experience as a plus. Hands-on experience in setup and inspection processes. Ability to work independently while contributing ideas and collaborating effectively within a team. Strong interpersonal skills with a strategic, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Basic workplace computer skills are desired.
