Parts Sales Associate

• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Utilize periodic parts promotions to engage dealers and boost sales.
• Receive and process dealer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special instructions).
• Serve as a subject matter expert on parts pricing, inventory management, cross-referencing, and alternative parts options.
• Create and maintain essential reports for the Parts Sales department.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve dealer relations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with additional Parts Sales tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience or training, preferably in parts sales or automotive dealership environment.
• Strong customer service skills, both by email and phone.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer service and sales inquiries.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
