Our Technicians work a Compressed Work Week (CWW). This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period).
Shift Available:
A Shift (front half days) - 6am - 6:15pm Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Operate Nikon NEXIV metrology tools, prepare product TIp XYZ and metrology report, generate repair list and defect report per VDF documentation
  • Determine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement.
  • Document daily shift productivity and product quality results
  • Verify accuracy of materials used to complete all jobs to specifications including (but not limited to) solder fillet, probe tip position and mechanical assembly
  • Examine product for defects such as partial solder fillet and defective probes - as compared to target quality.
  • Properly complete all required WIP tracking, traveler paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of bonding area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Minimum 3 years' work experience in metrology and/or QA technician
  • Strong operation experience with CMM metrology equipment, Nikon Nexiv and/or Mitutoyo, Other tools, such as Hologenix, Dage shear and Cyber be a plus
  • Experience in image inspection for MEMS device
  • Strong skills with MS Excel and Image automatic inspection software be a plus
  • Good with verbal and written communication
  • Good team player


Be able to work at Compressed Work Week schedule at either A or C shift (6AM - 6PM)
The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $19.90 and $26.15. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
