Summary: Drives a strategy to identify and engage with accounts that are either potential new business opportunities or require ongoing nurturing through a multi channel approach including telephone sales activity. Consistently delivering on the Company's strategy of managing active and prospective accounts by targeting timely and focused content to ensure meaningful relationships are developed. Initiates a multi-channel strategy, and manages the quality and alignment of lead generation, ensuring all sales leads are qualified and verified prior to handover to Business Development. Requires a disciplined approach of complex research, systematic decision making and strategy development, developing customer intimacy and a strong achievement orientation. Job responsibilities:

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
