We are looking for a Cherry Picker Forklift Trainee in Lavergne, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to develop their skills and grow with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay and growth potential!

Pay: $16.50/hr. while in training and $20.00/hr. once trained

Schedule: Training will be on 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm then move to 2nd shift, starting at 4:00pm or 6:00pm, with 12-hour shifts (8 hours as needed).

Bonus Incentive Programs Post-Hire (offered by our client)

$5.00/hour extra pay: For achieving 24 lines/hour with strong Safety, Quality, Attendance, Productivity, and Flexibility.

$2.50/hour extra pay: For achieving 87% of production goals with consistent performance.

Key Requirements:



  • Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work efficiently, and meet high productivity standards.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must align with Key Principles: (Safety, Quality, Attendance, Productivity, Flexibility)


By the end of the training, participants will be fully equipped to safely and efficiently operate a cherry picker forklift in a medical product warehouse, meet high-volume production goals with precision (handling 100+ cases or boxes), and excel in operations within a performance-driven environment. Candidates must be willing to transition to 2nd shift and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
