What you'll be doing...
  • Providing technical solutions and business expertise on complex projects across multiple channels.

  • Ensuring applications are security compliant.

  • Analyzing documents to ensure payments are posted to the correct account.

  • Reconciling and problem-solving electronic remittance files.

  • Data analytics, project management and broad knowledge of software and server maintenance.

  • Manage and audit Remittance ,Print reporting and invoices as well as maintain critical software that supports our frontline operations.

  • Strong partnership with GTS teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes and create efficiencies for Remittance Processing and Bill Print.

  • Managing payment and print files that flow through the Remittance Processing and Billing operations. This is critical to our daily operations process.

  • Track and audit daily payment and print manifests which are critical to our compliance requirements with our Bank partners and the USPS.

  • Supporting the implementation of payments business flows and interacting systems, including system testing.

  • Documenting and complying with software quality, data security, and compliance processes.

  • Building processes to gather process improvement insights from the team.

  • Partnering with stakeholder organizations to align on delivery dates and project status.

  • Managing and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.

  • Functioning as an escalation point for project managers and own and drive issues to resolution.

  • Communicating key successes/wins and other significant project statuses.

  • Demonstrating strong technical skills.

  • Demonstrating strong program/project management skills with a proven track record of results.

  • Owning issues/risk decisions and manage on an ongoing basis.

  • Knowledge of the software development process.

What we're looking for...

You're analytical, organized, and detail oriented. A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently, but you're also great to have on a team. You can communicate well with internal and external partners alike. You're no stranger to a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines, and you adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks with ease. You take a lot of pride in your work, and that's why people count on you to deliver.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Project Management related fields of study.

  • Familiarity with technologies such as Unix Shell Scripting , HTML, JavaScript & Python is a plus.

  • Experience in working with Oracle, SQL and writing queries with good performance.

  • Knowledge of the software development process.

  • Demonstration of strong technical skills.

  • Demonstration of strong program/project management skills with a proven track record of results.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies.

  • Intermediate to expert skill sets with Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Intermediate to expert skill sets with Google Products including Sheets, Slides, Documents, Forms.

  • Experience in print and remittance environment.

  • Willing to work within hybrid capacity.
