Job Description
  • Greets every potential candidate positively while providing registration support and guidance
  • Ensures each candidate is registered for Workforce1 prior to referral to career or employment services
  • As part of registration process, provides a preliminary assessment of needs
  • Directs all candidates to appropriate Workforce1 services
  • Responsible for data management on funder's client database system
  • Provide quality assurance for client database system entries
  • Conducts outreach to candidates when necessary
  • Operates the front desk when necessary and answers phone calls into the center
  • Works under direction of the Center Director and Strategic Operations Manager to facilitate timely completion of tasks to sustain daily operations and complete special projects, and assists program team members as necessary
  • Analyze the teamwork processes to identify areas of concern or additional support needed
  • Track the life cycle of errors and keep the data in an improvement log / action plan
  • Additional work as necessary
Qualifications
  • Associate degree and at least two years of related professional experience
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Excel and/or Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of workforce development and training is a plus

Pay range: $17.00 to $19.23 per hour
