An NX CAD Design Lead job in St. Louis, MO is currently available at Belcan. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading design projects, ensuring quality, and driving innovation. Job Duties:
* Lead and manage NX CAD design projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Prepare and review Model-Based Definitions (MBD) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Analyze and interpret blueprints to guide design processes.
* Oversee and document Record of Salvage Actions (RoSAs).
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team.
* Ensure adherence to all Boeing and Aerospace industry standards and company protocols.
Required Qualifications:
* Prior Boeing experience is mandatory.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams or leading projects.
* Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD software.
* Strong understanding of blueprints and aerospace manufacturing processes.
* Experience in preparing and reviewing MBD documentation.
* Familiarity with RoSAs.
* Active or eligible for Secret Security Clearance.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of advanced design methodologies in the aerospace sector.
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $83,200 to $104,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
