Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Maintenance Admin. This position is responsible for managing information and supplies for a maintenance department. You would be assisting the department with organizing files, inventory management and ordering supplies, reporting, and completing general administrative type tasks. You would be creating and entering PO's into SAP and ensuring the site has the necessary PPE in stock.

They are a collaborative, family-oriented and structured place to work that cares about their employees and mistakes are considered an opportunity. The team is very innovative and the work is fulfilling. Their leadership is knowledgeable, engaged and supportive. This position is located in Mapleton and does require to be onsite and would be during 7am-4pm M-F. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Requirements:



  • Previous administrative support experience within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with administrative tasks supporting a maintenance team or tool crib is preferred
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
