Schedule | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay | $25 - $30 per hour

Requirements | 5 years of experience in a high-speed production line, bachelor's degree, ability to operate a forklift, and lift 35 pounds.

Production Lead responsibilities:



  • Production Schedule & Reporting: Close work orders within 24 hours, complete production and runtime reports, and plan production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Safety & 5S: Promote safety, lead safety discussions, ensure PPE compliance, report issues, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, and train employees on 5S audits.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide job training, set goals, hold employees accountable, share company mission, and gather team feedback.
  • WIP & Material Management: Manage scrap reports, monitor material usage, control inventory, and collaborate on staffing needs within budget.
  • Work Quality: Adhere to SOPs, enforce company policies, lead by example, manage meetings, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for safety, production, and quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks, update procedures, ensure QMS compliance, and conduct team-building meetings.
  • Other Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
