Job Details Job Description The Nursing Supervisor is a registered professional nurse who serves as a resource for nursing practice and provides leadership for nursing staff in the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program. Facilitates 1:1 supervision, case conferences using reflective supervision. Ensures staff are maintaining fidelity to the program via timely data entry and charting as well as adhering to the model elements set forth by NFP service office. Serve as a collaborator on community boards and groups to advocate and educate for maternal/child health programs and services.Serve as a liaison to grant funding sources and the NFP National Service office. Assists in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.This position requires providing service to the following age population: Maternal/child health; Prenatal and postpartum women; Children from birth to age 2 years in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.Job descriptions are subject to change with continued Activation Planning.
