Job Details PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Coordinates all administrative components of the Integrated and Independent Radiology Residency programs. Organizes and independently prioritizes program office functions and program-related tasks to support the efforts and duties of the Program Director in order to achieve program goals and objectives. Work with a minimum degree of supervision, organizing and interpreting information and making sound judgments. Organize large amounts of materials, handle multi-task projects and prioritize workload. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Coordinates the administrative functions of the residency office and provides assistance to the Program Director to ensure compliance with current standards established by the ACGME for accreditation.
2. Develops and maintains data systems management of program
3. Coordinates Resident Recruitment Sessions
4. Coordinates new resident orientation
5. Coordinates resident and faculty conference assignments and schedules
6. Provides Resident support, and serves as a program liaison
