Compensation: $54,560.80 annually Shift: D Shift - 6 PM to 6 AM, Wednesday to Friday and alternating Saturdays As a Production Lead, your responsibilities will include packaging and inspecting pharmaceutical products using SOPs, cGMP, and safety protocols. You will monitor employee positions, direct employee rotations, assist with On-the-Job Training (OJT), and verify material inventory. Additionally, you'll be involved in maintenance tasks, set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment. Other key duties include counting rejections, packaging items, sealing, labeling, and stacking cartons. You will also communicate any machine issues, cross-train employees on all lines, maintain the Quality System, and manage risks to ensure product quality.
