Position Summary
The Crown Crew Charlotte FC Brand Ambassadors work at Charlotte FC at events around the Carolinas including festivals, sponsor/partner events, and more. Additionally, throughout the MLS season, the Crown Crew will play a pivotal role in enriching the matchday experience for both Charlotte FC and its MLS Next Pro Team, Crown Legacy FC. This position is within Charlotte FC's Marketing Department where the team will be tasked with empowering and connecting with avid, casual, and new fans.

Primary Responsibilities
* Promote Charlotte FC & Crown Legacy FC at various events throughout the year, including fairs, festivals, sporting events, parades, and more.
* Interact with avid, casual, and new fans to educate/inform the community of important Charlotte FC & Crown Legacy FC messages (specific promotions, ticket updates/offers, team information, etc.).
* Responsible for setup and breakdown of events.
* Create a fun, loud, and positive atmosphere at events by interacting with fans, distributing giveaways, and encouraging fans to support both teams.
* On-site support for execution of community and grassroots activations
* Additional related duties as assigned.

Experience & Required Skills
* Applicants must currently reside in the Carolinas, preferably near major metro areas or be willing to commute.
* Able and willing to work all Charlotte FC home matches and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Outgoing and engaging personality
* Knowledge of the Major League Soccer, specifically Charlotte FC
* Punctual, professional and mature demeanor
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Must be a team player
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
* Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility. Local travel to events may be required. This position works no more than 30 hours per week.
* Must be able to work 75% of Charlotte FC events as scheduled, in and around the City of Charlotte, for the length of the event (8 to 10 hours).
* Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
* Ability to remain standing/walking for 8 to 10 hours.
* Ability to climb stairs.
* Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions, including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc.
* Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
