Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Track and Field Coach for spring 2025, specifically a distance coach. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the area.
Previous track and field coaching or competitive experience is preferred. We are looking for driven individuals of high character who will enhance the program's competitiveness while embodying the school's values. Holton-Arms athletes strive to compete at a high level, excel academically, and engage in multiple sports or activities within the school.
Coaches are expected to uphold the program's objectives, teach proper fundamentals, and promote sportsmanship. Schedule flexibility is required for after-school practices, morning workouts, and weekend track meets. The season begins on February 24 and runs through mid-May.
A competitive stipend in the range of $4,000 to $4,500 for the season is provided. There are no benefits available for this part-time seasonal position. A background check is required.
