Description Acara Solutions is seeking Business Development Representatives to join a growing start-up in West Seneca, NY! Duration: 2-month project with extension on performance Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Hourly rate: 20-22/HR, on experience This role involves engaging with dealerships and truck specialty shops to gather, validate, and qualify business information for lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making high-volume calls, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup. Key Responsibilities: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses from provided lists. Confirm and gather customer information (e.g., name, address, phone number) using Google Docs and NetSuite. Identify and connect with key decision-makers to facilitate partnerships or referrals to distribution channels. Qualify leads during calls to determine if businesses are suitable for further engagement. Focus on generating quality output and building long-term opportunities for growth. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required. At least 1 year of experience in high-volume phone calls is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a high-energy, goal-driven environment.
